Note Re: Phone Calls from New Clients

I thought I should put out a little note regarding phone calls. We get a LOT of calls on my phone that are pretty much spam and/or scam calls. So, unless we recognize the number (ie, it's on the contact list), we don't answer.

As said in a previous blog, our preferred methods of conversation are email, texts, and phone calls - in that order. If you are a new client, it is preferable that you email us first. We can always do a phone call after that, but at least we will know who you are by that point.

If you are a new client, and you still prefer to call us rather than email or text, we will be pushing the call to voicemail. We ask that you please leave a voicemail so we know you are a legitimate person! If you could leave your name, number, location, and dates that you need service, that would help expedite the process. We will call as soon as we are able, with a turn-around time of 24 hours. Depending on the time of day, we will almost always call back same-day.
